I first passed Bernie’s sculptures at the Maritime Festival in Havre de Grace several years ago. I walked past and immediately turned around to touch one of his sculptures – asking permission, of course. HdG Main Street was proud to have his piece “Grace”, designed specifically as a fundraiser for the Havre de Grace Graw Days, celebrating our racetrack history.
